I spent years designing for people in crisis; Syria, Turkey, field operations on the frontlines with international NGOs in hard-to-reach areas, where the wrong interface decision had real consequences. That experience taught me what human-centered design actually means: not aesthetics, not usability checklists, but understanding people under real-world constraints.
That background took me from Visual Communication Design through Interactive Media Design, and now to an M.Sc. in Usability Engineering, where I study how cognitive science can inform better products.
Today I bring both perspectives to every project: the field researcher who has seen design fail under pressure, and the UX engineer who knows how to fix it. My work spans research, interface design, and design systems.
